The Birkman Pocket Guide is a small, wirebound booklet that is a helpful reference to several Birkman concepts.
It features descriptions of the Interests, Components, Life Style Grid, and Organizational Focus. For each Component, it reviews the low and high values for the Usual, Needs, and Stress Behavior.
You can use it during a Birkman conversation to augment the information in a Birkman report and to help respondents understand how different scoring combinations can show up for their peers.
Note: This book includes "classic" Birkman Component names (e.g. Authority instead of Assertiveness) and other terminology that matches the Birkman Preview Report. Not for use in conjunction with the Birkman Signature Report.
