In 2024, Birkman is updating and enhancing the certification experience. The first change you will notice is that the name of the certification is changing to The Birkman Method Certification. The certification is now more than just learning about the Signature reports, and it unlocks new possibilities for other Birkman products. By completing The Birkman Method Certification, you will acquire the essential expertise to effectively apply Birkman in coaching individuals and organizations, enabling them to reach their maximum performance capabilities. The certification program comprises a comprehensive curriculum encompassing a newly updated four-hour interactive eLearning preparation course that includes interactive activities, videos, and audio, followed by a five-day workshop. During the workshop, you will build a playbook of experiences by engaging in dynamic group activities, participating in table discussions, analyzing case studies, and delving into real-life examples pertaining to each scale in the Birkman Signature Report. The workshop will revolve around the Signature Report, serving as the central focus for discussions, as well as the basis for interpreting and evaluating scenarios and cases presented in the classroom setting, and will include practice on how to use new digital resources to aid in virtual conversations with clients.

Launch (NEW)
Once you have finished the live portion of the course, Birkman wants to help you launch the Birkman Method into your organization or practice. We have designed two tracks that will give you resources and insights on promoting The Birkman Method within your context.
Accelerate (NEW)
Birkman also wants to accelerate your knowledge and usage of The Birkman Method by providing you with resources to begin delivering seminars and team-building exercises immediately. The acceleration includes three Birkman Map Toolkits with slide decks, facilitator guides, and participants worth $2000. Birkman plans to release more toolkits and resources each quarter to continue accelerating your usage and practice.

POLICIES
Registration is not confirmed until paid in full.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis until a class is at capacity or 14 days prior to the start date, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will not be provided after registration.
International Shipping Policy
Participants will be invoiced for the course materials' shipping costs, related fees, taxes, duty, and customs clearance charges.
Participants may reschedule to another class if there are seats available. One rescheduling request may be made within the same calendar year. A rescheduling fee may apply if made within 14 days of the start date.
For changes to course date, location, or format (classroom vs virtual) initiated by Birkman, registered participants have the option to reschedule to a different session or receive a full refund for the paid amount.
Attendance of the entirety of all ten sessions is mandatory to complete the online certification.
